Hein Vriens (1964) has been employed at Bol Adviseurs since 1999 and works as HR consultant. He advises clients about personnel issues, both about the start, continuous development and the end of someone’s career. The variation in his field and the relationship of trust that he builds with the client are aspects he enjoys most. In recent years Hein specialised in topics such as, personnel development, sickness and inability to work, social security, employment law and working conditions such as salary, pension and disability insurance. Because Hein is fluent in English and German he supports the international clients that employ personnel in The Netherlands. His goal is to make people happy.
Education and career
After completing an HBO Personnel Management course in 1991 at the Hogeschool of Arnhem and Nijmegen, Hein spent several years working in the field of temporary placement and secondment. He consequently made the move to the transport and installation industry where he worked as HR officer. Since 1999 Hein has worked at Bol Adviseurs. In 2010 he completed a course in Register Employee Benefits Advisor at Avans Hogeschool in Breda.
Qualifications and experience
Hein built his business network in the area Land van Cuijk and North-Limburg. He is a member of several networks, both local and cross-border. In addition Hein regularly takes care of presentations and lectures for clients, where he represents Bol Adviseurs with enthusiasm and is happy to transfer his knowledge to others.
Other relevant information
In his spare time Hein is active as well. For example he is part of the organising committee for the annual funfair in his home town and he is active for the local volleyball club. Additionally he finds it important to free up time for family and friends, whereby cosiness plays an important part.
